Nighthawk MR6110
Can someone please help. Cannot get the admin password. It isnt password and it isnt 12345 as advised. Also purchased the item not aware there is a specific model for Telstra Australia, I have a generic ATT. Can it be upgraded. Support has not been helpful Cheers Peter

if the password is not the same as the one printed on the label, you need to factory reset the device. usually that will reset the password back to the default that is printed on the back label. I do not ever remember the password to be 12345.
You can NOT "upgrade" your ATT device and make it like a Telstra device. if you strictly require a Telstra device, you need to buy that model. that is the honest answer to your question.
Thank you, found the correct password and logged into the modem. Still has not solved my original problem though. Any ideas?
I have checked the site and communities but no answer as to why my Nighthawk M6 will not connect to my security NVR unit. It all worked fine with the Nighthawk M2 but has failed when I upgraded to the M6 Peter
