Nighthwak MR1100 poor connectivity

Hi, I have two Nighthawks MR1100 and both have worked excellent for a year now. As of the last week they both have poor and/or fair connectivity. I've checked for firmware updates and both are up to date. I factory reset them and the issue persists. Has anyone had this issue with these mobile routers before?  I've attached a photo of the device information.
