Nightwawk M1 doesn't show up in my Buick or Ford as a hotspot option

It works on my on my laptop as a wifi option, but neither my 2015 F150 or my 2020 Buick show it as an option.  What am I missing?

    If your work laptop detects the M1 network then M1 WiFi function is enabled and working. 

     

    As for your Buick or Ford, can it detect other WiFi network?
