No Wi-Fi

Says broadband disconnected and registration error sim not provisioned - mm#2 so we have no internet. this is the first time I’ve ever had trouble and we have had it a year.

    What device do you have? 

    Is it a mobile router/modem? Did you contact your ISP/provider?

      I am having the same issue. I have a m1100 hotspot. It was working fine one minute and them the next a message pops up saying broadband data disconnected.
