Please provide the device SKU (MR2100-xxxxx) and firmware version.
If issue re-occur, please access MR1100 settings page, go to Settings > Wireless > "Broadcast Wi-Fi Name SSID" should be checked.
Kindly check as well if WiFI Standby is set to Disabled or Enabled.
