Not working
Hi Guys
Everything was working perfectly until I turned it off.
Now it is saying 17GB of 0GB used. Have checked with O2 and I still have 32GB of 50GB available
Cannot use it at all now and am having to hotspot of my phone
Anyone got any bright ideas please

Would be helpful to us to know what NG product is "not working" for you. There a model #?
