Hi,
Have you tried disabling Band 3? I've been reading a bit about these recently, and it seems they're prone to random resets which may be mitigated by disabling B3.
- ionengAug 30, 2019AspirantHey thanks for the suggestion. I actually set it up to only use band 40. That way I can get 3xCA on b40. It's fairly quick when it's working. I can get 40mbs even at busiest time around 8pm.
I just had another disconnection. It's a bit different this time. It actually had the disconnected alert showing on the modem and on the web admin. however there was nothing I can click to reconnect. The only thing worked was choosing a different APN and switch back to the default one.
