Orbi 5G NBR750 does not recognize RM502 modem

Removed and then installed RM502 modem on NBR750. But now, the router does not see the modem. Mobile Broadband window does not show any info about modem (Model, IMEI, Firmware...etc). I did router fa...

Why did you disassemble it and remove the card? Was it having issues?

maybe you didn't reinstall it correctly? 

Or something happened during the disassemble/reassemble process
