Orbi LBR20: turn it off at night?
I am using a VDSL router, next to the LBR20. On a phone call with my internet provider (Vodafone in Germany) I was told that the VDSL router is supposed to remain turned on at all times, even at night. I was wondering if this is true for the LBR20 as well. I often turn it off at night.
Is there any reason not to do that? The fact that neither the Orbi app nor the device itself has a button/option for turning off WiFi might suggest that this is supposed to be an always-on device.
It connect to the internet via a SIM card mobile internet plan. Why shouldn't it be as flexible as a smartphone in terms of turning the device on and off?

It can take quite a while for the mesh to form and stabilize. So IMO it is best to keep the Orbi running 24x7.

One aspect is the prevalence of iOT devices, which are always on (and need the router to work).
