Tried To connect it. To my router but Could not get it to work. Returning back this crap

Not very detailed.
You're trying to connect your Orbi (which one) to your router? If you bough a full orbi system it should connect to a modem/dsl/ont. what are you actually connecting it to?
You do get 90 days of free support for helping get stuff running. Have you tried this?
I like how the orbi works personally. I'd give it a shot at getting it running. We can help you on this forum or you can contact support and use the 90 days of free support.
You can do so my going to the top, clicking on mynetgear. Register an accound and then your device. From there, there is an option to contact support.
