Owners of M6 and M6 Pro devices suffer unbearably from stc N78 frequency failure in Saudi Arabia

global company like Netgear can fix the N78 frequency of stc Saudi Arabia and update the NV file of the modem, but we don't know why the company ignores this topic!

We are not ignoring the issue. I personally helped a STC customer yesterday to confirm that our latest release can address the 5G connection issue in STC. We are in the process to release a MR to address the issue globally.

i have Nighthawk M6110 and i have the Same Problem with STC Saudi Arabia on 5G
until now still working on 4G only with very low speed and i contacted the Costumer care many times but i still have the same problem and still not solved to now

    The issue will be fixed for all SKUs, also including the branded SKU, such as STC.
