Password not being recognized and security questions were changed.
My login password for my admin account is no longer being recognized. Try to rest password and security questions are not the ones I put in.

if the device was set back to factory somehow, it'll reset the login info and the security questions. Not sure how it happened but it could have been power surge, corruption during a reboot, somoeone hitting reset, etc. If its reset, the security questions malfunction and make it difficult to get back in. A lot of time, people are having to just reset it anyway and go back to factory settings.
The default login is admin and the default password is password
