Password reset for m1100.

How can I reset the admin  psw for my M-1100?I tried the psw printed in the unit but that does not work.

Hi Papa2018,

TeeJay74 is correct on those steps. Hold the reset button on the back for at least 10-15 seconds and let it boot all the way up. Thanks TeeJay74 for the help. :]
