Persistent Latency Issues with NETGEAR Nighthawk M6 Pro (MR6450) on T-Mobile 5G Network in Czech Rep

Hello,

I’ve recently purchased a NETGEAR Nighthawk M6 Pro (MR6450) and have been experiencing a persistent issue with connection speed and latency. Despite having a full 5G signal on the T-Mobile network in the Czech Republic, the connection slows down significantly at times, with latency spiking to around 350ms.

To rule out potential network issues, I ran the Cloudflare speed test on my iPhone (on the same T-Mobile network but not connected via the M6 Pro’s WiFi) simultaneously during these occurrences. The test showed no latency or speed problems on the phone.

Additional details:

  • Signal Strength: Full 5G signal on the device during the issue.
  • Firmware Version: Running the latest firmware, so the issue isn’t related to outdated software.
  • Overheating: The device is not overheating and is placed in a well-ventilated environment.

The problem seems isolated to the M6 Pro, as other devices on the same network function normally. Has anyone else faced similar issues, and were there any solutions identified? Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
