Planning on buying Netgear's Nighthawk M5 mobile router from Bell with data plan for IRL streaming.

I am planning on getting the Nighthawk M5, along with one of their data plans to do IRL streaming for approximately 2 hours at a time, 3 days a week. I have a few questions:

-Is the Nighthawk M5 mobile router a good option for this? It seems to be, based on what I have seen. The Nighthawk M1 mobile router seems to be fast too, but not nearly as fast as the M5, apparently.

-Should I use Bell as my carrier for the data plan? Or is Telus better? Or even Rogers? Seems like Bell might have 5G availability in my area, while Telus does not. But it seems that Telus data upload speeds are faster?

-With this device and Bell's biggest data plan for mobile hotspots (50G for $150/month), will I be able to live stream without having huge, unexpected data bills? Will this plan be reasonable for my needs?
