Please Help! I have 2 vastly different mobile routers but same download speed

I just received my new NETGEAR Nighthawk M2 but when I tested the download speed it was the same like my old router (20 Mbps).

1) My old mobile Wi-Fi Router was: Huawei B311 2020-4G/ LTE 150 Mbps Mobile Wi-Fi Router

2) My new mobile router is: NETGEAR Nighthawk M2

I am using the same Sim card (5G/4G enabled). How could this be that I am getting the same download speeds with 2 vastly different routers?

Please help!
