Port Forewarding AirCard 797 does not work

Hey everyone

I bought a AirCard 797 and want now to forward a Port. 

its for the Bobcat Helium miner that it isn`t relayed anymore if that sounds familiar for some people here.

Port wich should be forwarded is 44158

I dont know what i should write for the Etikett.

And wich IP has to be added? the one from the computer i mange everything, the one from the router or the one from the destination device ( here the bobcat miner)

I`m happy for every information.
