Pre Sales

Any idea of availability of the MR1100. I prepurchased a unit on the 8th of June. The information on the website stated delivery would be JUNE 12-16 for delivery. I have called the customer service lines 3 times - 1st attempt (22 min)- 2nd attempt (34 min) 3rd attempt (27 min) - so no assistance there...no one picked up the phone.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I received confirmation from Netgear via E-mail that it would be shipped out between 6/12-6/16.
