problem with netgear lb1120

Having an issue with a netgear lb1120.Worked great for 20 days and now all I get is a solid amber light and a flickering connection light.If someone has some suggestions it would be most appreciated.

Please let me know the SKU name and FW/PRI versions on the device.

 

Please try to do a factory reset to see whether the issue can be resolved.
