Problem with Netgear M1

Hi Can helps me about my Router before I can connectd any band but now I cannot connected band B3/1800 + b1/2100 +b28/700 just connected band B40/2300 I think the STC telecom blocks band of NETGEAR ...

There was no communication sent to us of why it is being blocked. We suggest to call STC and fiund out why the device is being blocked.
