Problems with my netgear nighthawk m1.

Hi, hopefully my english isn't too bad beacuse i am from Finland and i don't use english a lot but i am new to Netgear products i don't know a lot about them. So i have had my Netgear nighthawk mobile router for about a year and have started noticing weird problems with it. First problem started about 2 weeks back that day i needed to use my pc and turned it on and the router too everything went fine until my internet randomly started to slow down and i didn't think anything of that. Then the next day i noticed that i don't have an ethernet connection to my pc at all so the next few hours i was turning the router off then the pc unplugging and replaugging the ethernet cable i can't get any ethernet connection at all. so i went to my phone and started to search the problem from google and everything that i tried didn't work. Then the 3 day of having this problem i bought a new ethernet cable and that also didn't work. The 4 day i got my ethernet working but it was bad it was horribly slow. and now after few days od being with a slow ethernet connection to my pc i noticed another flaw this time it was that when the router was turned off and back on i would lose my whole ethernet connevtion but wifi was still working. here is a list of more flaws that i am dealing with to this day

1. Always when i turn on my router and pc i need to switch the ethernet cable like from that end that is in the router i need to plug to my pc and that was that was in the pc i need to plug to the router that's what i need to do to get my ethernet connection working.

2. i can't use my mobile router with out a battery while on the charching cable. I was told that if you use the router everyday in your home you should remove the battery but now there is a problem that every time i remove the battery it just start boot looping aal the time.

3. and the last problem is that when i have the battery in the mobile router and plug the charching cable to the router it stops sharing the wifi and ethernet connection.

So now i don't know what to do should i ask for a new one from the store or what. Beacuse i kinda want to upgrade to the Netgear nighthawk xr500 gaming router should i do it?
