Query about router/cellular modem with port forwarding and dynamic dns

Im in the uk.

 

looking to purchase a cellular (4g) Wi-fi modem/router (or a Wi-fi router that connects to a cellular usb connection dongle) but it must support the following-

 

support for dynamic dns within the router or modem

 

portforwarding for perhaps 3 ports to the one client device on the Wi-fi network.

 

there will probably only ever be one device connect and traffic volumes are tiny, but don’t really want to make this client a DMZ, Hence the port forwarding.

 

anyone recommend any netgear uk products please?
