Raplacement batterie for Netgear Aircard 810

My batterie expanded and became swollen, so I contacted support case number 42212880 They were going to send a raplacement batterie, but it never came.

I thougt it was one of the advantages of being able to replace the batterie with Aircard when I bought it, but since there is no reseller selling the batterie, there is no advantage.

I bought a copy of the batterie, not the original, from a reseller, but unfortunately it does not work.

So are there someone with a Aircard 810 (S) having isues with expanded batterie and where did you replace and buy a new batterie?
