Can't Update firmware of my Netgear MR1100

It seems all 3 options doesn't work for me.
Option1: App gives me an error dialog after I click "CHECK FOR UPDATES"
Option2: There is no manual upload option cause my firmware is old.
Option3: The blue button freezes at "CHECKING..." after I click "CHECK FOR UPDATES".

Have you done a factory reset and then tried "checking for update"? Have you reseat your SIM card?

Already did four times but still can't update (Even can't manually update due not available "Choose file" button)

even i follow some malaysia user which use celcom simcard with xox apn , still the same which cannot update the firmware...do you mind to help me update the firmware through the OTA...
