We get no answers, so the question is whether Netgear wants the hardware in return?
The timeline with all the misleading answers from Netgear can only mean one thing - that it's hardware failure.
If there were only problems with the firmware, it would have been fixed a long time ago!

It seems to be the new standard for NetGear support, wait time is +-10 days for some nonsensical, half baked, no value, re-iterated BS response that addresses nothing and solves nothing.
