Ethernet offloading not successful connected via mobile still is the message i get. what is wrong

To enable Ethernet Offloading, please access router Web UI, go to Settings > Internet > tap Ethernet + Cellular.
Kindly provide the following information:
- Describe your network setup
- Device SKU
