I'm having similar issue with my M6

At random times, sometimes once every few weeks, sometime every few hours the device drops internet connectivity.

I am able to ping the device on the LAN address as well as other devices on LAN. I am able to ping 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 addresses on the internet but not FQDN names; ping google.com fails. The only solution I've found is to restart the device.  I have latest firmware installed. Verizon 100G plan and showing 5GUW with all bars showing. 

I will email you my model.json file that I've captured during the time the issue was live.
