Hi Nexus0391,
You mentioned you tried to reinstall the firmware, can you still access the router Web UI? What is the error message?

Kindly try using a different power outlet. Make sure that you’re using the power adapter that came in the box with your router.

So the issue does persist even with using different power outlets so it's not any kind of outlet issue. I am also certainly using the power adapter that came with the router. The boot loop issue is happening a lot but sometimes does not happen. I have been testing different things with the router for the past few days and have noticed that sometimes it will work fine, but then others it will go into a boot loop cycle (without changing the power source). So an example would be I can plug it in and it will work just fine, then I will reset the router and run a fresh setup to test the router's performance after a reset to see if it will work fine and then after reset and fresh setup the router will go into a boot loop cycle. It will come on, the internet will work for the first minute or 2, and then the internet will drop and it will reboot itself, and it will do this over and over. There is no error message that I can see. I am able to access the router's web UI and I usually just type in the search bar 192.168.1.1 to access it, but of course if the router is in a boot loop cycle it will only let me access it as long as the router is not rebooting itself. I was able to reinstall the firmware and had to be very quick with it because at the time of firmware reinstallation, it was boot looping, so I had to use mobile hotspot to download and then quickly reinstall on the web UI as soon as I was able to access it and successfully completed the reinstallation but it did not fix the issue. I did open up the router and saw some dust inside so I blew it out with a can of compressed air but that did not fix the issue either.

Just wanted to share an update that I did order a replacement from Amazon and can confirm it seems to have been an issue with the previous router. I'm not sure what exactly happened to it, but the replacement came in, I have my AT&T Sim card in it, and it is working just fine without any trouble. It is updated to the new firmware and is working strong. I can only assume it is a hardware issue with the old router. New one is plugged into the same outlet as the old one as well.
