Please make sure you have enough data on your plan for the download to be happen.
If it is not the case, please do a factory reset and try again.

Hi John,
I'm on a post paid corporate plan with pooled data after I use my initial 4GB. According to Mobile Data Usage Meter website I still have 3.8GB free!
I've tried factory resetting before doing the previous post. I've also tried updating from the device itself, but it just triggers the same update error on the phone.
How can I download the FW manually and update locally?
