Recommended (directional) antenna for Nighthawk M5 5G MR5200

Hi,

I'm considering buying MR5200 as my home 5G-based Internet source (the ISPs can't provide more than 15Mbps via a landline...).

The nearest 5G cell antenna is supposedly ~300 meters away from my home, on the top of a high buliding, with some treelines between my home and the antenna.

5G connection with my mobile device (Samsung S21 Ultra) at home is sporadic at best, and 95% of the time it falls back to 4G/4G+.

First question: can I expect better reception with the Nighthawk than with my device?

Second question: in case a significant boost is required to get stable 5G data connection, and assuming I want to connect only to aforementioned cellular antenna (once again, no clear line of sight only due to a few treelines) - are the specific antennas recommended for me?
