Hi Blanca
Thanks for replying, I can confirmed that the wifi stanby is set to disabled, mt sku is : SKU:MR2100-1EEEUS, I have a EE data sim
for the device which was working perfectly until now. The firmware is NTGX24_10.13.09.00 do you think my firmware could be corrupted?

Hi stopper9327
Were you able to check if there is a new firmware update available?
Kindly do a factory reset using the Reset button. Press and hold the Reset button for five seconds. The mobile router returns to factory settings.

Hi Blanca
I can confirm that I have checked for a firmware update, and I have tried some of the forums solutions i.e data offloading trick with no success. Also done factory reset a few times and still the same results red X near wifi, not correcting it.

Hi guys,
Mine is doing exactly the same, was working fine until I did a firmware update and now no wifi and red flashing power button. Can also connect via USB.
Any updates? Is there a resolution or is this a hardware issue?
Cheers,
Matt
