Registration Nighthawk Wlan router issues

Hi,

When I bought my Nighthawk Wlan router, I tried to register it : didn’t work and a message appeared : contact support 

so I contacted support t, they told me ‚yes there are issues with the M1 registration‘ and they registered it for me.

now I cannot see any registered products in MyNetgear, but when I try to register again it says ‚ registered ?

Any one any idea except called ( expensive ) support number ? 

the last time I called them, they had no knowlegde about the product, told me simply wrong information and being friendly was not his strenght at all.
