Registration of my NETGEAR

Oh my"LORD", where do I begin !!! I can't seem to register my unit! It keeps telling me that my #'s are incorrect, even though I'm looking right at them!!! Even with a magnifying glass! Can't get any type of Support either! Can not do anything without that SN !!!
Can someone PLEASE HELP ?
