Remove device from netgear account
Hi All,
I appologize if this has been asked and answered previously. I have two routers that are registered to an account and I need them removed from the account so they can be added to a different account. I have written to support several times, but have not heard how I can do this. Does anyone know the process for getting the device registration unlinked from these devices?

Please send an email to our Customer Care at customer.service@netgear.com with the subject line "Request to remove device". Provide your name, email address and device serial number to have the product's registration removed from the account.
