Return

Tried calling3 times for return, spend 30 minutes each time before hung up on. This is after talking to 2 people to get it working, telling me it’s my ISP..... my ISP was in the room with me for over an hour setting it up with your customer service And couldn’t get it to work. I’ve emailed twice for a return, have yet to talk to anyone. Please help.
