Roaming In Canada

Hi. I’ve had the router since June 2 and am on an AT&T International SIM card, currently in Canada. My hotspot shows my iPhone 11 Pro Max and my iPad roaming in the USA but my location services is correct. My husband can connect without any issues. I’m having problems logging into Canadian accounts because my phone thinks I’m in California or South Carolina. Getting constant authentication checks. Is there a setting to fix on the router? I feel that this happened with a recent Apple update. Thanks!
