Router 4G con opzioni avanzate

Good Morning, I am looking for a 4G/5G router that is is able to connect to create a Tunnel and extend a remote LAN. This could be done wit an IP-IP, IP-IPSEC or l2TP encapsulation (IPSEC with PSK and X-Auth preferred). The remote endpoint is Cisco (under my administration so I can create a tunnel interface as needed). Locally I do not need NAT I can forward a range assigning a /30 to the interfaces. Availability of RIP would be a bonus. If such product does not exist in your range a recommendation cheap (and performing) 4G router to act as a modem to a CISCO 1751 would be appreciated (need a ethernet interface wifi optional).
