router keeps rebooting spontaneously

Hi Everybody, my router MR2100 randomly reboot itself during sessions. Above all settings. Thank you for your help. Regards. fabrug

May we please have the following: 

- Device SKU (e.g MR2100-100NAS)

- Firmware version

- PRI

- Battery Model

 

Have you tried factory resetting (this will take you through a fresh setup and will wipe your settings)?

tried all the guides, even resetting the device but the results are the same its keeps on rebooting when on battery but works perfectly fine while connected to power supply. please kindly find the attached file for the device details. thank you

    Do you find the battery hot when the device reboots? 

    How many devices usually connect to the network? 

    How often does it reboot?
