Router Model Suggestion for bridge from Wired devices to Cell Phone Hotspot

I need a router to connect a few WIRED devices via RJ45/Cat5 to a cell phone hotspot.
I understand this may be considered a router with bridge capability.
What models routers would provide this capability?

Notes:
A device to connect is a Schneider SW 4024 that requires RJ45/Cat 5 connection.
Another device to connect is a Schneider InsightHome that also requires RJ45/Cat 5.

I will likely connect a computer via a wired connection as well.
The cell phone plan works for wifii access for other devices, as no wired access to the 'net is available.
My need is to connect WIRED devices to the cell phone hotspot net access
