Service contract
I spent hours on the phone with 2 technicians this AM. the first technician said he would send me a copy of the service contract I purchased, but he has not done so. Also he said he would correct the name on the attached invoice from "Sherry" Callow to "Christine" Callow which is my name. He was difficult to understand and the phone lines were not very clear.
Would you send me an updated invoice with the name corrected and a copy of what I purchased as shown below.

If you forwarded the updated contract with my corrected name, I have no idea where to find it on your website.

This is terrible service. I don't have all day to chase down a copy of my agreement that I paid for.

OK - just please post the service contract so that I can print it. Be sure it is under my name: Christine Callow (not Sherry Callow).
