Setting Data Plan on a AirCard 810S (Telstra) – Telstra Wi-Fi 4GX Advanced III

I have just bought a Netgear Nighthawk MS (M2100) hotspot. Setup was simple but I can see nowhere where I can set the data cap for my plan nor the plan billing cycle date to enable it to calculate days left. These features are referred to in the manual but not how to set them.

Any suggestions.
