Setting up data usage limit on different devices with 4G/5G router?

Hi, is this possible?

Lets say  I have a mix of 5 approved devices, connected to the 4G router (Phone, Computer, TV  and so on), can I set a data usage limit for each device? (Example: Phone 20GB/month, Computer 30 GB/Montgh, TV 10GB/Month)..

    After quite a bit of research, the only routers (LTE or Else) that have time quotas, bandwidth limitation, QoS and data limit tied to different users/devices are Draytek.
