SIM Not Installed
I bought a Netgear AirCard 797S last year. When I power it up now, I get an alert that says SIM Not Installed.
I went to an AT&T store and have tried a couple of brand new SIM cards, but still get the same message. I have also done a Factory Reset and get the same message.
Why shall I try next?

Plese check the SIM contact PINs and see whether one of them was bent. Usually, slightly adjusting the PINs can fix the issue. Or you can request for RMA if you can't fix the issue yourself.

Okay, thank you for the reply. I have tried that, but it didn't help. How do Irequest an RMA?
