SIP ALG won't disable
Setting up a new VoIP phone system and I've been asked to ensure SIP ALG is disabled.
I've been in to my router settings (D700v2), checked the 'Disabled SIP ALG' box, and rebooted the router.
SIP ALG is apparently still active on my network.
I have contacted my ISP who have also confirmed that it's disabled on their end.
Why else might SIP ALG remain active when it's disabled on the router and at the ISP?

Just checking that we are talking about the right thing. The D7000v2 is a DSL modem/router.
You called it a router but put your question in the section for Cell Service Mobile Hotspot Modems, AirCards, & Mobile Routers. They are very different.
What device is it?
And what firmware is installed?
Might also help if you said which VoIP phone system you have. Also what happens when you try to use it. Tell us the symptoms rather than assuming that the ISP knows what it is talking about. All too often this proves to be wrong.
Just another user with time on their hands.
