Netgear routers can block or interfere with certain gaming sites or scripts due to parental controls, DNS filtering, or firewall settings. To fix this, update the router firmware, switch DNS to a public option like Google or Cloudflare, and check that parental/content filters are off. If advanced firewall features are enabled, disable them temporarily to test. If issues persist, reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure—it usually clears hidden rules that block legitimate traffic.
