Some websites blocked, Timed out

HELP PLEASE. Bought a new MR1100 cell phone based Hot Spot router.  My Windows 7 desk top machine can NOT access some common websites that I could see before using my old DSL service.  I can connect to Yahoo.com but can not connect to EBay.  I can connect to USGS but can not connect to the Johns Hopkins 91divoc covid site.  I can connect to FoxNews but some of the photos will not load.  ALL Functions work correctly using my Windows 10 laptop and Android tablet.  HELP,  Please.  DSL is going away as of 1 November - next week.  I can not connect to this site using this AT&T driven MR1100.  If I get locked out please use my email which is my username using the yahoo server.  THANKS
