Sorry new post for my router beacuase it was not solved

Hi sir

I post again because i cant reply to old post because its tagged solved but it is not solved

Wifi standby is already OFF in router settings thats why i asked to community.

I think there is a bug...

As soon as at least one device is connected by wifi there is no standby but as soon no device is connected by wifi after a long time the router shuts down... even if standby is off

I recently purchased the Netgear Nighthawk M1 router from Telstra on a plan. The speed is great, but in the morning I have to push the power button to get connectivity. It goes into a sleep/power save mode. Is there any way to keep it on constantly?? We have it set up on a mobile interactive touchscreen, and it drops connectivity every morning.

    Hi slimshady21

Kindly access M1 settings page > go to Settings > Setup > Mobile Router Setup > set Ethernet Standby to "DISABLED" > Apply settings.

    Hi slimshady21

Can you also provide the device SKU (MRx100-100xxx)? Do you have MR1100 or MR2100?
