Support is Terrible

I went out and bought several Netgear Products including a Wifi6 Mesh System and I Nighthawk M1100.  I have had several problems that Netgear "Support" is unable to solve.  I spend hours on hold just to be handed off to someone else who doesnt know what to do.  If your reading this post considering Netgear, I suggest you try another product.

  • I want to recind my previous comment.  Support isnt terrible. Its worse than terrible.  The words warranted probably arent allowed so I will leave that to your imagination.  Take my advice, find another product.  Any product.  Just not Netgear.

      Hour 3 on Support Hold

      Patience is getting scarce.  Ive written words to the hold music.  The recorded messages attempting to give me hope that my issue will be resolved is serving only to aggravate me.  Im hoping something changes.
