This has been going on for months now. Is there a timeline on when it is expected to be fixed? My AC810S doesn't even say "data usage unavailable" any more. Now is says, "Detecting service". I've factory resetted a couple of times and done software updates to no avail.

PRI 04.03 is still the latest release. Telstra is testing the update to address the data usage display issue. We will release it as soon as we received the Telstra's approval.

- DarcyRougetApr 07, 2020AspirantIs this update out yet. I do not want a large bill from Telstra telling me I owe them $500 because I couldn’t see when I was going to go over my data limit. This has been an issue for a very long time now to the point where it has become unreasonable. Is the update out yet? Or if not when will it be? We deserve to know.

Yes it is, both my 810s devices updated a couple of weeks ago and usage info has been working fine since.
Try Settings - Software Update - Check for updates and see if you can prompt it.
