Telstra AirCard 790s-Not Booting Up and Battery will Not Charge

Recently Wifi Hotspot Turned On It Would Booit Up Then After A Few Seconds Would Shutdown Completely-Now It Will Not Turn On Or Boot Up At All.....Anyone Have An Idea What Is Causing This Issue?........
